A nice show at Seattle Center:

Angela was my bride client a few year back and now a good friend.  The other day we had a nice photo session at Lake Tapp for you and their lovely dog, Bailey.  Bailey was a very cute dog.  In fact she was the ring bearer for her wedding!

Another fun event for Seattle Metropolitan magazine.  This time it was at the Columbia Sportswear in downtown Seattle for a Sorel boots promotion party.

I was shooting a lifestyle stock/assignment photo session last Wednesday with Kathryn Speyer (photographer & model).  It was sunny so we started off the outside session around the canal and then moved to Gaswork Park.  After finishing different fitness oriented shots, we moved to a studio space for more indoor shots.  Kat was a great model to work with.  It was a fun and productive (and sunny!) morning.

The Zai Circle had its third performance this week, and they invited a beautiful dancer during the already beautiful musical performance.

The Knot came to Seattle and had a party at the charming Hotel 1000.  This big and fun event was planned and managed by the non other Good Taste Events.  “The Knot has Good Taste”, as what printed on the sweet treat wrap (cute idea!).  I was thrilled and humbled to be one of the contributing vendors.

This time we photographed with some urban style.  We first stopped at the part between Lake Union and downtown.  This is one of my favorite parts of the town as there are a lot of cool buildings the eastside badly lacking.  From there we went to the Olympic Sculpture Park.  There were quite a few photo sessions going on: a wedding party, an engaged couple, and a high school senior, but I knew what I wanted so we hit all the cool spots and got some cool shots.  We then concluded our session at the.  As this was the second time I worked with Tiffany, the session went very smoothly.  Her dad, Sean, was the faithful assistant/bag carrier.

It was a little chilly but sunny and the park was quiet so we were free to pick different spots to make images for the beautiful senior Tiffany.  Her lovely younger sister Allison became my trusted assistant holding up reflector.  Allison even found a cool spot for her sister.
