Bob, Miranda And The Kids

Tuesday, August 26th, 2008

Bob is a friend.  Bob and his beautiful wife Miranda married several years ago and I was very fortunate to be their photographer.  We had been talking about taking their family portraits for a while but always had schedule conflicts until just a few days ago.  Bob and his family were on their way to Vashion for a weekend retreat and we met at Lincoln Park.  It’s so great to see them with their two lovely daughters and their nephews, along with Bob’s mother and big sister.

Da Blue Angels

Monday, August 4th, 2008

I was meeting a vendor last Friday in downtown Seattle last Friday and on the way back, I got caught up in the traffic on I-90 because the bridge was about to be closed for the Blue Angels practice.  So I thought: hmm…this was a good timing.  I had never watched them on the bridge.  I took an exist and was very lucky to find a spot on the street, ran toward to the bridge and got a pretty good spot.  I only had a medium lens (105mm) with me but since I was really close to the action, I actually got some pretty good or not so bad shots:
